I do, and it’s actually become a problem in a lot of my relationships. I let anything piss me off, and even knowing that I’m mad for no reason, there’s nothing that I can do to calm me down. I just need to let time pass, while I bitch at everyone. I actually hate it so much, because I push people away, when those aren’t even my intentions. When I’m mad, I’m two different people in one, if that makes any sense. It’s like I have an angel on one shoulder, and the devil on the other. The side telling me to ‘calm down,’ just pisses me off more. I have a problem, and I need to fix it asap 😭
