help lice don't click if your gonna be mean

please don't be rude I'm already very insecure about this. I have lice and me and my parents have got rid of them multiple times and then I moved and their worse in this state and I got them again and again we've tried Everything in the books I need help!!! we trying mouth wash, Mayo, oils, all the treatments the school and doctors have gave us.... and it goes on and nothing helps any advice????
