Originally my doctor said I could try to have a vaginal birth naturally, but I could not be induced due to a prior cesarean. Or I could have a cesarean and gave me a date just in case my baby didn't stay head down. The baby has been head down for the last 3 weeks and I was looking forward to having a virginal birth. I got a call on Friday that my MFM Dr wants me to have a cesarean asap. However I do not feel I need a cesarean as I have a little over a week until my EDD. Any recommendations on speeding up labor so I can have my baby vaginally before my scheduled c section?
