My mom and I have a bad relationship we’re constantly fighting and it gets bad usually ends up by her beating me, one time she grabbed me by my neck and pushed me against a wall and kept hitting my head against the wall. Anytime this happens my boyfriend comes to pick me up until things cool down at my house. We’re both still young, only 18. This last Wednesday my mom and I got into it pretty bad to the point where I packed my bag asked him to come pick me up and asked if I could stay with him and his parents for a while. His parents love my like if I was their kid. they let us sleep in his room because they thought we are mature enough to sleep together. After a few days I came back home. My family is extremely old school and idk I feel like I at least owe it to them to stay at the house until I’m done with high school my graduation is this month. We had been arguing so much lately and over stupid things too, it was getting tiring and ridiculous. And this whole thing has brought him and I closer together, those few days living with him just ig reminded us of the future we have promised each other. Most of the days I was there were his days off so it would just be him at the house almost all day. Just cleaning the house, spending time together. And ik it will not be all smiles and fairy tales when it’s the real thing but like I said it reminded us of the future we have promised to each other. And now we’re better than ever
