I’m confused

So I am two days passed my period. Last night I picked up these pregnancy test they are the first response 6 days before missed period. I had two with very faint lines, one negative, and a digital positive. I took the faint line one last night and the other three all today. However I just bled and I have cramps am I on my period? I’m so confused help lol
