How did you meet your significant other?

I'm recently single and need some encouraging stories. How did you all meet your significant others?

We went to the same high school but never met each other there. We did become friends on Facebook at some point during that time though because we knew of each other. When I was 19 about to turn 20 I made a post about going skydiving for my birthday. He messaged me “skydiving huh?” and the rest is history 💜

He came through my checkout line at work.... He was buying blue berry Red Bull’s and I asked if they taste as bad as it sounds. He laughed and said he didn’t know that he didn’t drink energy drinks,then he spent an hour talking to my manager. 
Turned out he was actually from corporate 😱 
Two weeks later, when he’d officially left the company, he came back and asked me for my number.

I went onto a dating site 3 weeks after I asked my ex for a divorce because if wanted to make new friends. I made it clear in my profile that I wasn’t there for anything more. My now husband messaged me about baseball, we talked all day and night, exchanged numbers and met up a week later. It was love at first sight for both of us. 
(And no, he wasn’t my rebound. I went on 10 other dates before I even met him) 
We’re now at almost 9 months of dating, married for almost 3 months and expecting our first in October ❤️
