Out & About without baby & engorged breasts
What do you do when you are out for over 2hrs without your baby and your boobs become engorged? Do you just hand express and lose precious gold??? They hurt and are rock hard & I don't want to end up getting mastitis or something. I'm not out all the time without him, but sometimes I do take me time & I'm away from him for 2-4hrs.
