First Period due tomorrow
hi ladies, i had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago at 8 weeks amd 5 days and my first period is due tomorrow. husband and i have been ttc sincr the bleeding stopped and i am not experiencing any of my usual pms cramping and pains....instead i am feeling twinges and pinching sensations on the left side/ left lower abdomen.
