💅🏼 Finally overcame it !
After 10+ year of nail biting I over came the habit!

I know the nails have a little bit of white marks on them, I’m growing them out to all be the same length as well

The anti nail biting polish didn’t work for me, I tried many different ways to stop.
What didn’t work:
Fidgeting toys
Hair bobble on wrist (flick when tempted)
Anti biting polish
Painting my nails
Instead what did work was getting a cuticle remover cream and using that every week, pushing back my cuticles and filing them. I basically made them look as best as they could applying lots of cuticle oil and nutrients. Taking good care of my nails making me want to feel proud helped stop it.
