Weight loss

So I’ve always been a little bigger than most girls my age. I had thick thighs and a medium to large bottom, but I’m also very tall so it kind of evened out a little bit but this past year I’ve been extremely out of shape and even though I’ve been eating way better, I just keep gaining wait. You can see it around my chin and my neck and my arms. I feel disgusting. I also recently just shaved my head and dyed it blonde because I needed a change. I love my hair now, but I hate my body. I feel like it doesn’t match up. Any workout tips and things I can do while at work? I’m on an extremely tight budget and I work 40+ hours a week. I was 165-175 summer of 2016 and now I weigh 215...
