My body transformation story 😊
I’ve struggled with my weight for years as I’ve battled emotional eating due to depression and anxiety. I started my weight loss journey at my max of 160lbs in September 2015, reaching 130lbs by the end of January 2016. That’s when I started dating my pizza eating partner , who has a miraculous metabolism. In September 2016, we found out we were pregnant with our first child, marking my pre pregnancy weight at 135lbs. When we had our daughter in June 2017, my pregnancy weight reached 168.8lbs. With a lot of hard work, committing to the gym multiple days a week, eating better, and only when I’m hungry, and breastfeeding our daughter, I’m proud to say when I stepped on the scale today, I was proud to find myself at 116lbs. I feel so proud of myself, and I feel great. I have muscles that I’ve never had before and I love my body.
