7 days post partum!
I had such a rough pregnancy but the one thing I wanted to make sure about was to eat healthier and not put on too much weight like my last three pregnancies. Since my physical health was not so good I figured focus on my mental health but being happy with what I could control. My diet and happiness with myself. And it truly paid off! I'm in a great place mentally and now physically! I cannot wait to hit the gym in a week. Get those endorphins flowing 😁
