How long do you see teething symptoms?

My son cut his first two teeth (bottom) last week. The week leading up to that he was hell and stayed up ALLLLL night every night crying. I didn't realize it was from teething until he bit my finger a few days later. It seemed to last a few more days after that and I kept up with tylenol. Then once they really came through he seemed much better. But now he is back to crying all night and refusing to eat things I offer him except milk and purees. He seems super uncomfortable. Is it possible it's more teeth or is it just residual pain from the first two?
