Never have sex

Alright so I’ve been dating my man for a little over 2 months now. We started off as a hookup and now we’re together. Our relationship is kinda long distance being we live an hour and a half away from each other. I go to see him once or twice a week and we talk all the time. The only bad part about our relationship is that we never have sex. We ran out of condoms about 2 weeks ago and i just assume he’d pick some up ( not that i would mind getting them myself) but hasn’t. So when I’m over it’s constantly me giving him head or handjobs once or twice. I get nothing in return. He used to go down on me but hasn’t and i don’t know how to bring it up that this is bugging me. Sex isn’t all i care about but i definitely think it’s necessary in a relationship.
