Trying to lose weight
Hey, I’ve recently had a baby (6 weeks ago) and I want to try and lose weight. I was 85kg just after birth and I think I’m about 81kg now which I’m assuming was due to losing all the fluid after having a baby. I’m so unhappy with my body and even more now that I’m covered in stretch marks but I can deal with those if my body looks good. I’m a size 14-16uk and want to get down to a size 10. Any advice?? Food and exercise would be helpful.
