Possible labor soon? HELP.

So I went in to see my midwife yesterday and I was 3 cm & 60% effaced. She did a membrane sweep to try to get things moving along since my blood pressure was a little high. I had discharge and all that for a few hours after then nothing. That was yesterday at 10am. Just went to the bathroom and had a huge clump of mucous come out that was brown ish pink ish. And have been feeling VERY nauseas. Could it possibly mean labor is coming soon? I’m 39 weeks today.
