Establishing a routine
My LO is 7 weeks old and I would like to start establishing a gentle routine with him. I recognize that it’s too early for a concrete schedule, I just mean I’d like him to have a flexible nap time and a bedtime. What kind of routine do others use at this age and how do you go about starting it?
