needing help!

I went to the ER yesterday because I found out I was pregnant, and I started bleeding and passing small clots. I would have only been 3 weeks, 5 days when I went, and my hcg was at 10. They said I'm most likely "miscarrying" (chemical). I'm still testing positive on FRER, but they detect very little from what I've heard. I just got a fairly decent line on a first signal, and they're not supposed to pick up below 25 miu. Anyways, do you think my chances are okay? I had a chemical in February and tests were negative the day I started bleeding. Meanwhile, my mother (who has PCOS like me) had pretty aggressive breakthrough bleeding like this with both of her successful pregnancies. I'm just worried and can't seem to wait for that second beta test. 😢
