Weird day

I'm 37 weeks. Since I woke up I've had lower back pain that lasts about a minute every 30 minutes or so and resolves itself. On top of that I've had a lot of BH contractions but they don't SEEM timeable. Baby is going crazy in there this morning. Way more active than normal. And I'm having quite a bit of hip pain.

Is this just my body preparing or might these symptoms become labor?

I'm not really concerned at the moment but I definitely feel different today than any day previously.
