Please help
I’m about 10 weeks postpartum. I had a C-section and I had a tubal. I know the chances of getting pregnant after a tubal are slim to none but I started my first period yesterday since I’ve had my baby and this is what came out today. I have no idea what this is and I’m concerned that even though I had a tubal I might’ve gotten pregnant and this could be a miscarriage. I’m cramping and the bleeding is incredibly heavy.
