So I had my 37 and 3 day appointment yesterday, I am still only 2cm dilated, my pressure was high but my doctor didn’t seem too concerned... I been cramping ever since the cervix check along with bad back pain... today I can’t stop going to the bathroom with loose bowel movement... I went atleast 3 times... and the back pain is getting worst and the pelvic pressure is bad... with my first pregnancy I delivery at 38 weeks but prior to that I didn’t have any Symptoms that he was coming... so my question is all of this things that I am feeling and dealing signs that my baby girl is almost coming? I am so ready
