I am 1 week 3 days PP. i had my daughter vaginally and did not tear at all nor did i have an episiotomy. I also got my IUD before leaving the hospital. Things got really “hot and heavy” with my SO last night and we both were so frustrated because WE CANT HAVE SEX 😂 we’re used to making love on a daily basis. So this time period is VERY trying for us. My bleeding has eased up tremendously and I’m no longer in any pain down there. I know I’m advised to wait 4-6 weeks BUT what are your experiences with not waiting? How long did you wait? What were the after effects? Believe me our mothers lectured us enough so that’s the last thing I’m looking for. I know all about possibly getting an infection and all that jazz as well!
