Tips to up supply
I never had a supply problem until recently I start off in the morning with extremely full breast and as the day goes on they get softer and softer until it seems like there’s none left at bedtime and I struggle switching her from breast to breast and back until she gets enough. I typically only do one breast per feeding but lately I have to use both and that leaves little for next feeding. Am I doing something wrong?
