Protein Fix?


Hey! So, I've been really craving protein and it seems to be the only thing that will settle my stomach from nausea. I munched on beef jerky all day only to find out that it's a no-no. What are your go-to, non-refridgerated protein options. I'm a teacher and have to have my snacks within reach and can't easily get to a fridge. Any suggestions welcome and thanks in advance!
