2dpo foggy feeling

2dpo and have been feeling “foggy” in the head today!! It’s the strangest feeling ever!!
I am a nurse and thankfully I wasn’t at work today
I did have very painful ovulation this mth for whatever reason! I’m still feeling the cramps in my right side from it
But anyways has anyone else experience “foggy” feeling after ovulation?? It’s likely hormone related I’m sure
