Breastfeeding questions???

Question

First time mom and I just have a few questions about breastfeeding. 
- when you pump how many ounces usually come out and how long are you pumping for? 
- do your breast feel full all the time? Like perky? 
- how can I increase my milk supply? 
- how many times a day should I pump? 
Sorry for so many questions.

I usually get around 3-4 oz when I pump at work every 2.5-3 hours 3x during my 8-hr shift.

you can do power pump sessions to increase. it simulates cluster feeding. pump in 20 rest 10, pump 10, rest 10, pump 10. it takes a full hour, and you're attached to the pump most of the time, so do it while baby sleeps or when you have help. it's ok if you dont get any milk after the first pump, it's just pumping to tell your body you need to make more.

I only pumped for the first few weeks (SAHM, ended up donating it bc I never used it) but the first week or so I pumped over 100ozs. It seemed endless. It went down once my cody started adjusting.

my lo is 10weeks. I get 5oz when I pump every 3hours at work. I can definitely tell my water intake has an effect. I usually pump 5-10 mins. 
they say to pump as often as baby eats. usually about 3 hours between or so. pump more often to increase supply.
my breasts only feel full in the morning when it's been a while since I pumped or nursed. sometimes slightly full right before I pump.
