Tomorrow is my birthday. My gift to myself is freedom from my pump. I EP'd for 26 weeks. That is 182 days of being hooked to a machine multiple times a day instead of being with my baby. I was fortunate to have a wonderful husband who supported my decision to EP when breastfeeding was too difficult. I cried when I decided to start weaning my son to formula. I felt like I was being selfish. I no longer feel that way
