yup mostly if your periods are irregular can mean you can have PCOS or even get diabetes it's always better to loose a couple pounds when you are trying to have a baby. go for walks like 40 to an hour walk 4 times a week and eat more veggies incorporate it with your lunch and dinner. stop drinking soda and junk food and fast food it will help you out a lot. also DRINK A LOT OF WATER!!!!! trust me you will feel better in no time
