So so sick! 🤒

I have a really bad cold... runny nose, bad headache, really bad watery eyes...I feel my nose so congested and each time I sneeze my stomach hurts I’m currently 23 weeks pregnant and I don’t know what I can drink that won’t harm the baby. If u know and could let me know I would appreciate it thank you 😊
