does anyone know what language this is or the translation?

google translate says that it’s filipino but then the translation into english makes 0 sense.

Its Pilipino/ tagalog. But it wont make sense to us. There are a lot of words that they have that we don’t, and vice versa. 
I have a lot of interns at work who are from the Philippines. When they are talking to eachother they will be using their native language and you will always hear a handful of english words in the middle of sentences because there isnt one in their language for the item.
