44 days in cycle..am I pregnant?

I’m a 31 yr old plus size woman who has had gastric bypass surgery about 10 yrs ago. I’ve had irregular periods in the past, but never anything like this. This is NOT normal as I can typically count on AF to give me the same routine each month. Never in my life have a skipped a cycle. We laid my uncle who was like my daddy to rest in March and it was traumatic for me, but I had a cycle in March...nothing for April. My husband and I are TTC our 1st child. I took 2 clear blue non-digital test and got no response on either. I took an 88 cent cheap test from Walmart and got a BFN. I’m cramping like I’m gonna start but nothing happens. I get waves of nausea, my lower back is bothering me, I’ve gotten mild yeast infections under my breast where my underwire in my bra would be, and I have been moody as all get out. My left side lower rib case is driving me crazy. I’m going crazy trying to determine if I am pregnant. I’m afraid of BFN or miscarrying. Can anyone help a girl out?
