Dry down there

It’s my fertile week and I’ve been so dry🤔 I have discharge but it just seems different this time.. all I’ve been getting is sharp pains in my pelvic area .. I normally get egg white cervical mucus around ovulation I haven’t seen it yet.. my fertile window ends in about 2 days with glow predicting it to be tmr but I never really go by the app.. do we ovulate every month? Do we not? I’m not understanding why I’m so dry this month
