Implantation bleeding or early AF ?!

AF isn’t due for 5 days and I just got this when I wiped .. haven’t had any period symptoms but did have a really really bad pain in my lower abdomen on the left side 2 days ago . Does this look like IB or just AF coming early ?! I’m currently 9 DPO. Thanks in advance :)
