Anyone else waking up early and can’t get back to sleep?

Hi! I’m 5 weeks+1 and for the past week I’ve been waking up any time between 6:30 and 8:30 and can’t get back to sleep! This is coming from the girl that usually sleeps until 11am! Anyone else having this?😩

Yes!! But I think I’m just too excited. Inwake up and realize I’m pregnant, finally, and I can’t believe it. So I scroll through my apps lol not sure how many weeks right now.

3 to 4 am. every morning. but I normally get up around 5, so not a huge jump. just don't k ow how to get more sleep.
