period at school

hey girls,

so I’m in year 9 and I’ve had my period for almost 2 years. I’m still so scared every time I get my period and I have to go to school with it. today it was really strong and I went through the whole day being uncomfortable because I’m really worried that it’s going to go through at school. what are some little tips so I can calm down a tad.
