My lower right wisdom tooth is halfway covered by my swollen gums. I’m in so much pain the entire right side of my jaw hurts and I can barely swallow. This just came about in a couple of days out of nowhere.

I’m so nervous because I know I can’t take pain meds and going to dentist won’t be good for baby. Anyone know what to do here? Been in this position before? It’s 3:30 a.m. where I live posting this currently. In a few hours I need to make some calls 🤕🤕
