Top two were Monday, middle was yesterday, bottom is today. Our daughter passed away in February after I had to deliver early at 25w3d due to severe preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome. She passed away three days after the was born. We are completely devastated, but we started trying again as soon as we got the green light. Three cycles later, I got this😭 I can’t even express how incredibly happy I am. But on the flip side I also feel slightly guilty. I don’t want anyone to think I’m forgetting about or trying to replace my Ryan Elizabeth. And I’m anxious about how this pregnancy is going to go...
