Hospital taking baby for testing

Is there anyway that you can say no to the baby being removed from the room for any reason, even testing. I know they put an ankle band with information on it so they don't switch up babies but I am having no vaccines after birth and am saying no to many other procedures done so I don't want nurses sneaking it in or "forgetting" mom said no and doing things I don't want done to my baby. Has anyone put their foot down and told them they can't take the baby out of the room?
