I need help!

Hello everyone! on april 21 I started taking a pill (for the first time ever) called novynette, and I've been feeling pretty well with it but for the the last two days I have been having some spotting which started by being dark and is now light pink. I mean I had been warned about the spotting but I wasn't ready for the cramps 😥 my belly hurt so damn much yesterday.

Have any of you experienced the same? is this normal?
