When is long enough to get married?

I wanted peoples thoughts on when in a relationship they think it has been long enough to get married. Please try to explain why so there is more perspective :)

I would say don't get married if you guys haven't been dating for about 2 years I think that you really need that time for that person to show their true colors and you really have some time to sit down and think am I fine with that can I live with that.

every couple is different some older generations met each other and married within a few weeks or months and have been together for 60+ yrs and some couple wait 10 or 20yrs to get married and it ends a year later. no one can tell you how long is the right time hunny you need to go with how you both feel xx

I think dating at least a year IF you’ve known your SO longer.  If not, then 2 years is probably long enough to make sure they’re not a secret psychopath.
