I am currently 5’7” and 149 lbs. I’ve started trying to eat healthier and exercise to lose weight. I don’t know what my ideal weight should be though. I weighed around 115-125 all through high school and I liked what I looked like then but people have been saying that’s not realistic at 21. I currently have a goal weight of 130 but not sure how I’ll actually look at that weight. Tips?
Side note: I struggled with an eating disorder in middle school, so I’m trying really hard not to let myself slip into old habits or set too low of a goal that could trigger.
