alright so. I have this pain in the back of my neck in this area (I AM NOT A MAN LMAO)

and it's gotten worse the last 2 weeks. at first it just felt like a normal sore neck. then it turned into a simple headache here and there. now it's a shooting pain into the back of my skull causing a headache for hours on end. I can't turn my neck completely anymore. I can't yawn or sneeze without ending up with a headache. I can almost "touch" the initial spot where it hurts (and it is tender) so I don't know what's going on. help me 😩😩
