Natural ways to help mental health?

So, I struggle with anxiety and depression. Does anybody know any good natural "remedies" to help? I started an anxiety medication yesterday. Or last night was my first night of taking it.. so far I do feel more calm, but I have the worst headache because my body isn't used to it yet lol.

I also want to try other things on top of this. Does meditation help? Yoga? Essential oils? Herbal teas? Anything? I'm starting college soon and I want to be as stress free as possible and work on my anxiety and depression
