im trying to get pregnant

I'm 22 me and my husband are trying for my first kid and his second. I've been off depopravera for 2 years now but was on it for 7. I had a small STD when I was 18 it's been treated now. I don't have much money and my insurance doesn't cover fertility and haven't found an doctor I trust what are some tricks to getting pregnant?
