Pains?

Question

I am 16 weeks pregnant. Today I have experienced severe pain under my right rib all day, I’ve taken pain killers been to the toilet and nothing is changing it. I also have really bad headaches on and off all day. 
I have read online this may be pre eclampsia? Could this be the case? 
Going to ring my midwife tomorrow x

I get that with my heart burn. Try taking tums. That helps with me. Just you can’t take more than 4 of them in 24 hours. Also stay hydrated

May just be gas. I’ve talked to my dr about Lee eclampsia and they told me that they wouldn’t expect it to be that because people normally don’t get it until 20+ weeks. However everyone is different. I get migraine constantly. Which I was told is normal and common during pregnancy. Try to stay extra hydrated and try Gatorade. Hope this helps.
