Is this REALLY normal?
Since I stopped taking birth control 8 months ago, I've been spotting every month at least 3 days before my period, sometimes 4, once it's been 6. I called the dr, they say its normal and this could be my new normal as I'm getting older. Mainly my concern is that I think when the spotting starts it's usually shortening my luteal phase to 8 or 9 days. Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions? Any successful pregnancies?
