My two year old son screams when he’s frustrated and I am tryin to find ways to help him get out of screaming. Has anyone else gone through this? I explain to him not to scream but some times that doesn’t work.

I was working evenings (after business hours) when ppl usually go home and someone stayed late & ended up telling that I should keep my son home bc he screams a lot & it’s distracting. I don’t have anyone to watch my child so I’ve worked it with the CEO that I could take my child with me after business hours. I can’t control tht ppl are staying late instead of going home but I am trying to get my son out the screaming stage.
