So I'm a stay at home mom and have a lot anxiety one being social anxiety so I literally stay at home every day unless I go out with my husband. I really want to make mom friends near me so my daughter also has little friends her age but I have trouble knowing how to make friends. I also see moms in public and u always want to say hello but I feel si awkward like do I just walk up and be like hi I'm Ashley and this is my daughter wanna be friends and have play dates and do lots of mon things.... I have no idea does anyone else suffer how do I over come this and make friends for me and my child?
