I've heard people talk about strangers touching your belly in public. Is this actually true???

It’s happened to me a few times. Idk why people do it. Mostly it’s just women who do it but once I had some weird creepy guy do it when I was with my husband and my husband let him know real quick that that’s not okay (he could tell I was super taken back and uncomfortable) lol
