Based on my LMP i was supposed to be 7 weeks 5 days. Went in for 1st ultrasound and only had a sac with yolk. They said baby is not 7 weeks, measuring the sac to be around 5 weeks , 5 days.

I was always confused as to the 7 Weeks because I didn’t conceived 7 weeks ago, I calculated around 5 weeks.

So they tell me they add the weeks based on LMP. But when they measure at ultrasound they dont add days, it based on just measurements.

My question is if the ultrasound says 5 weeks and 5 days, did I conceived 5 weeks ago? The math add ups to me.

11 days ago my hcg was low and i was terrified. It was at 75. Today it is at 15,667 an estimated to be anywhere from 4-6 weeks.
